Keldersessie

Zaterdagen in Wageningen saai? Heb je geen zin meer in kil? En ook niet in stil? Bij deze presenteren wij — met gegarandeerd herrie en hitte — de Unitas x PopUPop keldersessie op zaterdag 31 januari! 

Geitenvel trapt af, een vierkoppige clan heidenen die het Gentse ontglipt zijn en nu overal Struikroverpunk rondstrooien. Hun muziek is een knotsgekke cocktail van post-punk, kleinkunst en alles waar Erasmus spontaan van zou glimlachen. Ze brengen spektakel, chaos, charme en een lichte dreiging — de perfecte mix dus. Geruchten gaan dat één op vier toeschouwers een tropische ziekte oploopt, maar da's gewoon het risico van rock-'n-roll. Wie durft, wordt rijkelijk beloond met pure muzikale zottigheid. Trek je Geitenvel aan… maar Geit niet te vel, hè!

De tweede band is onderweg en er zal ook een of andere DJ draaien tot laat in de avond. Kom kelderen!

Bored out on ur Saturday night in Wage? Tired of the cold? Sick of the silence? We proudly present — heat and volume guaranteed — the Unitas x PopUPop ‘keldersessie’ (basement session) on Saturday, January 31st!

Geitenvel kicks things off. This four-piece clan of heathens escaped Ghent to spread their "Highwayman Punk" everywhere they go. Their music is a wild cocktail of post-punk, cabaret, and everything that would make Erasmus crack a smile. They bring spectacle, chaos, charm, and a hint of a threat — the perfect mix. Rumor has it one in four spectators catches a tropical disease, but that’s just the risk of rock-'n-roll. Those who dare will be richly rewarded with pure musical madness.

The second band is on its way, and there will also be a DJ spinning until late in the evening.
